PIPA is a not for profit association whose mandate is to increase the professionalism of those in the industry and to champion consumer protection from unscrupulous operators. PIPA is currently lobbying government to have the property investment industry regulated by ASIC. As the Chair of PIPA, Ben is at the forefront of the industry and was an active contributor of content to the revised QPIA (Qualified Property Investment Adviser) certificate level course offered by PIPA.
