BiG Tips: Many private and government people and organisations offer coaching and mentoring in leadership, business, marketing, social media and more. Beware of some expensive programs that promise a lot, but deliver little, apart from group hype, group think and little useful support. The lists of finance, success and motivational books, CDs, websites, experts and gurus are endless.
